Who is CanadianAdvisor?

Hi, my name is Peggy.

Back when I was an investment advisor I started this blog to provide a space to express my opinion on saving, investing, and the state of the markets. My focus was mainly on educating my clients so that they could make informed decisions about their financial affairs. However, because of my job and the rules around licencing, I was limited in what I could say and the opinions I could make public.

Not anymore. I’m in a different line of work now, and can say whatever I darned well feel like. And that means if I think something is not right, I’ll say so. What are they gonna do? Fire me?

Tell me what you would like me to talk about. Tell me if you agree or disagree. Tell me when I should change the subject!

The information in this weblog is solely my opinion, and is provided “AS IS” with no warranties.

Feel free to challenge me, disagree with me, or tell me I’m completely nuts in the comments section of each blog entry, but I reserve the right to delete any comment for any reason whatsoever (abusive, profane, rude, or anonymous comments) – so keep it polite, please

If I say something stupid, I would like to point out that the stupidity is mine, and mine alone. My stupidity! You can’t have it! 🙂
